New Gallery & Art
At long last, what you've waited all this time for is finally here! BucketofLizards.com is proud to announce John's Gallery!
Okay, so maybe you're not as excited to see it as I am, but I think it's pretty cool. Also pretty cool are new works in Erik's Game Illustration Gallery: Wizards and Palanquin.

New Gallery & Game
Some more updates for you today. Made some minor graphical changes on the home page and Fun Stuff, but the biggest things are the addition of John's Web Design Gallery and a new game called Lizard Search.

Drum Corps Pictures & Movies
A big summer hobby of mine for the past 15 years has been traipsing around the country going to Drum & Bugle Corps shows. I even spent a couple years in The Bluecoats Drum & Bugle Corps from Canton, OH.
Well, this past week, my lovely wife and I spent some time watching Drum Corps and I thought it'd be nice to share it with you. Check out our new section of Drum Corps Pictures & Movies.
Also added a new game, Hanglizard.

Boo-Yah!
You know, sometimes I make updates so often that I run out of cute things to say. Ah well -- here's this week's batch:
- Added a Join Us page. If you or someone you know is artistic or creative and wants to join a studio that's going places, check it out.
- Tweaked the navigation in the Projects Coming Soon section.
- Major changes in Fun Stuff including lots more pictures in Lizard Warp and a brand new game called Puzzlizard!

Nips & Tucks
In case you haven't noticed, the website is just about finished. O sure, no website is ever "finished" ... surely not BucketofLizards.com ... because there's always more content to add. But we're coming down the home stretch right now for the "first draft".
This week's updates aren't all as apparent as others, but they are all necessary:
- Three new Game Illustrations by Erik Roman
- Graphical Updates in the Gallery Store
- Updated the Gallery Site Map and created a Site Map for the main site
- Did a lot of link-checking and general "housekeeping" tasks

Coming Soon?
OK, you've all been there. A web site entices you with a cool-sounding feature, you take the plunge and click away and what do you get? The dreaded Coming Soon page! ARGHH!!!
And what's the worst part of those Coming Soon pages? They're usually downright lies. You can keep coming back to the site for months and it'll still be there. What part of 'Coming Soon' don't they understand?
At BucketofLizards.com, we don't truck with that. Here's this week's list of the magically disappearing Coming Soon pages:

Plugging Along...
This week's updates may not be as visible as most, but I can guarantee you I ain't just been sittin' on my tushie. There's little nips and tucks here and there, the most noticeable of which are navigation tweaks to The Gallery.

- Major overhaul to the Requiem page, including posting the graphics for our upcoming ads.
- Added Cover Illustrations to Erik's Gallery
- Added Colored Pencil to Michelle's Gallery.
- Added a shopping cart for items we sell directly, currently only used for Untitled Tales #1.

'Scuse Our Dust
If you've happened upon our little corner of the web before, you'll notice there's been some radical changes in our graphic design and user interface. If you're new to our site, you may notice a bit of a mess.
The bulk of the site proper is in a finished state and ready for your agape jaws. However, there are some exceptions.
The Gallery is the biggest one right now, as it's still using the design of the old site. You'll also find that the odd page here & there (well, mostly there, because I've already taken care of here) will land you with the dreaded "Coming Soon" graphic. Heck, you might even find a link or two that lead you to a *shudder* Error Page!
This will all be sorted out in due time. For now, just sit back, relax, and bask in the glow of our chutzpah.

Gallery Updated
Well, the big, black spot of shame that was the old Gallery design is no more. Let me be the first to introduce you to our brand-new, much-improved, long-lasting, industrial-strength, good-to-the-last-drop, 99-44/100% pure Gallery site!
I'm sure you'll find this is a HUGE improvement over the old site. Sure, there's still the odd "coming soon" sign to annoy you here and there, but just hang on ... it's gonna be a wild ride!
